About Us

Balloon Creations & Gifts LLC came about in January of 2007 when Tina Alt of Russia, Ohio and Teisha Strelow of Sidney, Ohio decided to put their talents together.

Tina has an Associate of Science degree in Business Management and is a Certified Balloon Artist. She is married to Dale and they have three children. She loves to read, entertain as Ruffles the Clown, and make balloon art.

Teisha is married to Dave and they have two children. Teisha loves to entertain as Giggles the Clown. She likes to read and spend time with family.

Both Tina & Teisha served in the military (Army). They belong to the Giggles & Grins Clown Alley in Fairborn, Ohio.
